Place your piece on any junction of the board to start the game. Switch turns with your opponent, placing one stone per turn. Surround your opponent's stones fully to take them from the board. Dominate more territory than your opponent by the end of the game to win. Employ planning to block your opponent's moves while increasing your own territory. Keep in mind that stones are fixed once placed, unless removed. The match finishes when both players pass their turns consecutively, indicating no more moves can benefit either side.
